We wanted an exfoliant that was a little more scrubby than the Apricot Seed Meal and less intense than the Walnut Shell powder and this is it; tiny beads of finely ground apricot shell. It's great for mechanic, gardener or any other exfoliant soap, but has a more gentle touch than walnut shell and a more intense scrubby action than the very gentle Apricot Seed Meal. This one is perfect for nearly any application except facial products where you would want a gentle scrub.
