An especially gorgeous clay for soap-making since it's a nice warm red color.  Cedar Red Clay also has wonderful detoxifying properties and is especially nice for oily skin.


NOTE: When using clay as a colorant, it should not be used dry but as a slurry. If using in soap, use some of the lye water before the lye is added so your soap is not water heavy (which makes it take a very long time to cure).
